Sovereign Girl

Sovereign Girl is the story about a young, who loses faith in the world only to find faith in herself.

Sovereign Girl is a dark fantasy and set in a fictional and fairy tale world that depicts an exaggerated version of reality, and it follows Elysha, the
Traveler of Healing, as she comes of age on an adventure with a group of
magical heroes, the Travelers.
Sovereign Girl ended up being more than an amazing story in my head put onto paper, but it also served as a way of processing things in life and to get across information and convey messages in a way that weren't possible in other more "direct" ways.
How do you get people to see something they're consciously hiding from? How do you get people to learn something that they don't want to know?

Sovereign Girl isn't just the product of my skill and observation as a writer, but it's a work of art with something to say and with religious and philosophical themes spread modestly throughout its action-paced narrative.
Sovereign Girl deals head on with what holds women back from becoming fully empowered, and one of the most significant elements is other women, which I explore in Elysha's backstory.

Sovereign Girl goes on to serve as an allegory for a failing relationship at many levels of the story from the obvious to the big picture, and I used the language of healthy relationship counseling like Reconciliation, Recidivism, and Get Out for names of chapters to correlate to the progression of the characters and story.
Because of the well-thought out patterns of the experiences of some young women, Sovereign Girl maintains an honesty about itself, its characters, and the issues without making Elysha into some "girl boss" avatar on the "her-oes" where she, the girl power protagonist, just needs to realize how awesome she's been all along and that it's everyone else who needs to just realize how awesome she is.
Sovereign Girl explores the pain and trauma that erupt organically out of the experiences more common to young women instead of some idealized and propagandized version of them that's boringly contrasted with either a demonized or castrated version of a man.
Sovereign Girl explores a type of girl that’s becoming increasingly more common, and that is Persephone, who has light but deeply dark attributes. This is certain uncommon feature is seen in her moments of aggression

Sovereign Girl was my first published work on Amazon, and it's the first book of my own to hold a physical copy of. While I came up with some of the ideas and key scenes in my head in mid-2017, I didn't write Sovereign Girl until early 2020.
Sovereign Girl was originally a prequel to a now obsolete version of Wander Boy from 2019, but not it serves as the de-facto for the Travelers series even with Journey Boy going back telling the vents before Sovereign Girl.
